16 uncooked shrimp
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 red onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
{salsa}
1/2 cup mild salsa
2 roma tomatoes
1/4 cucumber{spicy cream sauce}
1/4 cup faux sour cream (tofutti)
3 tablespoons siracha
1 tsp lemon juice

6 romaine leaves
1 can black beans
1/8 head of cabbage
01 shrimp
combine shrimp ingredients in a bowl and marinade for 30 minutes, 10 if you have less time
02 salsa
dice tomato and cucumber
combine with pre-made salsa
add lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
03 spicy cream sauce
combine all ingredients in bowl and set aside
04 other
cut thick ends off romaine leaves
open, drain and heat black beans
julienne cabbage {in 1-2 inch long (thin) strips}
05 cook shrimp
place on grill for 2 minutes or until the underside changes color (to pink)
flip and cook an additional two minutes
