1 head broccoli
1 package steamed lentils
2 ears fresh corn
1 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup champagne vinaigrette
2 cloves garlic
salt to taste, himalayan
pepper to taste, rainbow peppercorn
In large pan pour two cups of water and add broccoli. Heat on high, cover and let steam for about 5 minutes {until broccoli is vibrant green and can be easily penetrated with a fork}.
Meanwhile, mince garlic.
Leaving corn raw, cut off cob.
In a large mixing bowl: combine all prepared and ready ingredients.
